Perfect day to leave rainy England for sunny 'Espaniel' 

July 2011 last time to mainland Spain as a family. How our kids have grown since these pics! : ( Wonder if they will still like to build dens on the beach, cuddle & share a packet of Churros! So much time in the pool they get goggle eyes! Some down time from work, much needed as this year has left me needing glasses!

The Harts were delighted to meet Sir Harry Springer Spaniel last night. In particular Cookie who had high hopes of love but alas Sir Harry's 1st love is tennis balls. In case you do not know Sir Harry is a Cause Celebre & not only  a celebrated Pawthor but he also organizes an amazing dog festival http://www.woofstockuk.co.uk/ 22nd Aug 2015 in Dorset. Unlike other dog festivals this is a very Pawthentic & uncommercialised affair with a real country style relaxed vibe. Organized by real dog lovers, for dogs, to celebrate what we all love about dogs! People are coming from the USA for this super special event so if you can make come & say hello & we will have a special thank you gift for you if you mention this post!

For anyone who does not know, we Harts live in gorgeous Dartmouth, Devon. We have had a slightly contentious local issue called the BID LEVY which is an extra bill for business rate payers to help market the town. Lovehart & Simon Hart do not really benefit in an obvious way on the high street but we have been attending some fantastic social media workshops provided for us by the BID. Now we are committed to this scheme we are trying to be positive & support it where we can. This local discount card is a fantastic opportunity for Dartmouth residents & offers genuine savings if you are lucky enough to live in Dartmouth & have applied for the loyalty card! x

Cookie - Take a Dog to Work Day

Well Cookie takes the prize for being the best at Social Media in the Hart House as not only did she work like a dog but she kept up a steady stream of commentary about her day on Facebook & Twitter.
She is now working on learning how to speak dog for social media & reading a book very kindly sent to her by Sir Harry the Springer Spaniel. Pic &her comments to follow!
