Any guesses what creature this is?

We came across a strange animal yesterday in Plymouth... It looked like seething from a sci-fi movie but turned out to be a long haired lurcher who had a great party trick of picking up every hoop his owner threw and carrying them in a rather unique way!

I had a masterclass yesterday evening in putting up a Teepee!! Fascinating and incredible that one person can put up one of these beautiful structures, but a little helping hand got us there quicker before rain threatened above... Thanks Tim you made it all look so easy !

Riverford Converts!

We have recently switched from Abel & Cole organic veg box to Riverford.  I know we are the last of our friends to try Riverford so we are preaching to the enlightened, but we are 'loving it'! This lettuce was just so gorgeous. The red spuds were great just on their own. The essential difference with everything is don't think we could buy quite the same or this quality in the Supermarket. Bonus that they are just up the road but they deliver all over the country.  We are converted & looking forward to box number 2!!

We are awash with Purrtrait Cushions & looking forward to adding them to my new website,  Etsy Store,  NotontheHighStreet. We nearly lost our own moggy today, she is old & not so well. Scaled a roof & a bathroom window with her wrapped in a towel...let's hope she recovers but she is an old gal!
